In the workzshops, we'll convey the importance of natural living and share with you what is the easy and possible way of living healthily with just a few simple act that we could practice daily.

At present, our workzshops are conducted in English and/or Mandarin. We are looking forward to interested party to explore the possibility of conducting in more languages, eg Burmese, Tamil/Hindu, Malay/Bahasa,...not restricted to stated here. With this expansion of conducting the workzshops in various languages, more people thus benefits, and it meets our mission of spreading the benefits across all nation.
